  • What if I cannot attend live sessions?

    Don't worry! All live sessions will be recorded and posted on the Masterclass site. You can listen to them at any time.

  • I don't work in the ICU, is this still appropriate?

    Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to work in an Intensive Care Unit to be considered a Critical Care Nurse. There are a wide range of specialties that care for critically ill patients. This includes the emergency department, cardiac cath lab, progressive care units, PACU, and more. The Critical Care Masterclass is designed to support all nurses who work in Critical Care.

  • Can I access the community through my mobile device?

    Yes! I know that many of us are on the go. I wanted to ensure that the community was accessible in a variety of ways. There is an app for both iPhone and Android users. This can also be helpful to listen to some our sessions or pre-recorded videos while commuting to work.

  • What if I need to cancel my membership?

    Not a problem. You can cancel the subscription at any time. Although you will lose access to everything within the Masterclass Community once that happens.
